45歳女性独身です。
今は日本在住なのですが6月頃からオアフ島に引越しをする為このサイトで住まいを探しています。そこで質問なのですが…45歳でもルームシェアとかハウスシェアって受け入れて頂けるのでしょうか？同じ年代の方もシェアして暮らしてる方は多いのでしょうか？

年齢に関係なく受け入れてくれます。特に女性向けのルームシェアは多いので意外と容易にお部屋が探せると思います。
リビングコストを節約したい人は40代、50代に限らず結構いらっしゃいます。
お部屋によっては個室内に浴室も完備され完全に独立したアパートのようになっている物件もあります。
自分も40代ですがその仕様のシェアハウスに住んでいます。リビングコストをセーブしたいので。

J1ビザから学生ビザへの切り替え手続きについて
現在インターンシップでハワイに住んでいます。インターンシップが終わって
J1ビザから学生ビザへ切りかえることはできるのでしょうか。
エージェントからは一度帰国して、2年後に新たに申請をし直してくださいと言われました。
ご存知の方いらっしゃいましたら教えてください。
