先日、一時解雇（Furlough状態）された会社からPPP助成金が下りたので会社に出勤するようにと言われました。
私のポジションはリモートで仕事が出来る環境にないので、週5日、1日８時間オフィスでの勤務をさせられています。
私以外の呼び戻された従業員はみんなリモートです。
今まで外出自粛をしてコロナに感染しないように注意してきたのに、他の会社との共有部分（パーキング、ビルエントランス、トイレ、エレベーターなど）で感染する可能性が私ひとりだけ高い状況での会社からのリクエストはたして合法なのでしょうか？
勤務先はエッセンシャルビジネスではありません。
この場合オフィスでの勤務を拒否することは可能でしょうか？上司に聞いてみたら会社のリクエストに答えられないのだったら、辞職だと言われ、そうなると失業保険は申請できません。
コロナ感染のリスクと他の従業員との不公平さに苦しい思いをしています。
どなたかアドバイスを頂けると助かります。どうぞよろしくお願いします。
