こちら５０才、バツ１男で、とりあえず健康です。
とはいえ、そろそろ生活習慣病など健康に不安を抱えても不思議ではない年齢と思ってます。
医療費の高いアメリカ住まいのアラフィフの男女の方達はどんな健康状態なんだろうなと思いました。
真面目な情報交換ができたら良いなと思ってますので、
匿名ですが真面目に、みなさんの意見をみなさんで参考にできたらいいなって思ってます。
ちなみに私は、独居、男性、５０才バツ１、彼女あり、在米２０年、とりあえず健康らしい。
食事は特に気をつけている点はなく、好き嫌い無く肉、魚、野菜、果物を適度に食べています。
週３回ジムでトレッドミルで走って、週１で泳いでいます。
BMIは24.8でギリギリ普通体重です。
彼女とは週１で仲良くしています。
「健康らしい」とは、かなり長く人間ドックとか受けていなく、自宅で血圧計で血圧、心拍数だけを測って正常値というだけです。
