布で、手作りのマスクを作るのですが、再利用はだめでしょうか。
熱湯で消毒して再使用をしてみたいのですが、どうでしょうか？
検索をしたのですが、基本マスクは使い捨てという記事ばかりです。
安全性を考えたら、使い捨てが良いのでしょうが、なにせん品切れが
多く困ります。

マスクの再利用に関してマスク会社は再利用による効果のテストはしていないのでわからないと言われてるため推奨しないといっていますね。これは不織布マスクです。今日どこかの記事を読んだのですが、米国のドクターがマスクの替えが手に入らないため、４日間洗いながら利用し、その後コロナに感染したそうです。そして亡くなったとありました。布に関してフィルターがないので洗って再利用にする分には問題ないのではないでしょうか。https://www.popsci.com/story/diy/face-mask-sterilizing-sanitizing-guide/
