条件削除で２年から10年ものを取得してからすぐ離婚をするとGCが剥奪されるんでしょうか?
多分相方がレポートしない限り大丈夫なはずだけど、離婚を切り出して感情的に行動されるかもしれないと怯えています。
決して偽装結婚ではないのですが、夫婦生活が全然うまく行っていません。
ワガママにもうついて行けません。。。
できることならば直にでも離婚したいですが、GCを届いて１ヶ月もたっていないのでもう少し我慢しないといけないのか、いつまで我慢すればいいのか途方に暮れています。
アドバイスお願いします！

冷静に考えてみてください。
何のためにUSCISは２年間の条件付GCを発行しているのかはご存知ですね。
１０年物のGCを取得したなら偽装結婚でない限り心配には及びません。
ご主人がこの結婚は偽装結婚だったと虚偽のレポートをされることを心配しているのですか?
それだと話はややこしくなりますが、ご主人本人にも当然ペナルティーが科せられるのを承知でそこまでするでしょうか?

はい、直ぐにでも離婚したくらい嫌なら離婚した方が俺も良いと思います。そしてそんな嫌な人を通して収得した物も捨てるべきです。離婚はするけどGCは取っておきたいと思うのはわかりますが、やはり白紙からやり直す方がいいと思いますよ。そんなGCを持ったままにしとくときっと悪い事がまた起きますよ！バグさんが言ってた。

あれれ、結婚ためGC収得ならそしてGC目当てじゃないとしたら何故離婚するのにGC保持の必要があるんでしょ? なんかおかしいな〜

この国は建て前が重要だから、まず結婚カウンセリングに相談した方がいいのでは。
多少時間はかかるけれどもそう言う手続きを経ておけば証拠になるから。

結婚した事の無い輩や、夫婦間の問題を抱えた事の無い脳天気な輩が雑音を出してるけど気にするな。１０年のGCが来たならぜんぜん大丈夫だけど、誰かが言ってるみたいに離婚手続きする前にちょっと別居してみるという手も有るよ。弁護士に相談もいいよ。
