Vivinavi Los Angelesローマ字変換ができません。

子供がノートパソコンで、いたずらをしていて、ローマ字変換ができなくなりました。「あ」が打ちたくて、「A」と打つと、「ち」と出てきます。いろいろと調べたのですが、「Alt」キー ＋ 「カタカナ・ひらがな・ローマ字」で直ると書いていますが、こちらで購入したパソコンなので、「カタカナ・ひらがな・ローマ字」のキーなんてありません。どうすれば直るのでしょうか???よろしくお願いいたします。
