電話会社と契約したんだけどまだ使えないんです。会社に頼むと１２０ドル掛かる 高すぎる。大家さんに言ったら工事しなくても使えるはずって言われ短だけど。どうすればいいのでしょう。自分で配線いじくったりしてるんだけど よくわからん 誰か自分でやった人います？
安くあがる方法知りません？

残念ながら自分でも分からなければお金を払って工事に来てもらうしかないでしょう。
電話会社の契約に書いてあると思いますが、通常電話会社の配線の責任は加入者の建物外側の配電盤までです。それより先の建物の中にある配線の具合は、特別な契約をしない限り加入者の責任です。
友人ないし自分でやるか専門家に来てもらうかの二通りの選択しかありません。

うちが前のアパートで頼んだ業者は$50だった。SBCが紹介した業者は$100くらいだったんだけど、大家さんに話したら知り合いに頼んでくれるということになって$50だった。そのアパートでいつも使っている業者とか居ないのかな?

まずはイエローページでご近所の業者を探して値段聞いてみたら？電話会社を退職した個人の所なら＄５０〜位でやってくれると思いますよ。
