私の友達が言うには、夜中の2時から4時まで毎日90日間休み無くある場所に通うと宗教家であると見なされ、ビザが下りるというのです。詳しくは解かりませんが、本当に有るのか、場所、ソーシャルは出るのか、働けるのか、利点、欠点等わかれば教えてください。

R-ビザは、アメリカの宗教団体で宗教関連活動をするためのビザです。 R-ビザで許可される宗教活動とは、宗教的講師、宗教関係の病院や施設で働く人、礼拝式で仕事をする人、伝導者、宗教関係の翻訳者などです。
管理人、事務員、基金募集人、寄付を募る人などは、R-ビザで許可される宗教活動家とは認めらません。
ビザの申請にあたって、申請者が活動するアメリカの宗教団体が非営利団体であり、申請者が本国で、その宗教団体に2年以上所属していることを証明する必要があります。宗教団体が、米国内国歳入法第503条に基づいた非課税対象団体であるか、もしくは、免税を申請すれば非課税対象資格を適用される団体であれば、非営利団体とみなされます。
活動に応じた滞在期間
申請時には、申請書以外にどのぐらいの期間で どのような活動をするのか説明した手紙と、アメリカでの滞在費を保証する書類が必要になります。滞在費を保証する書類としては、宗教団体からの生活費を保証する手紙や、申請者本人名義の銀行預金残高証明などがあります。有効期限は通常2年。申請者の配偶者や、21歳以下の未婚の子供には、R-2ビザが発給されます。
