There are two types of toilet seats in the US, so you'd better check the size
There's plumbing for water, so if you've never done it before, you'd better ask a handyman
After all, I've never heard of installation service anywhere you buy, so you'd have to ask someone to do it at extra cost.

I used my handyman's guts and wired both bathrooms to have outlets near the toilets. It would have cost several hundred dollars to have a contractor do it. I'm sure it's the same in other cities, but in the City of LA, only a Qualified Installer from the city can do the wiring for the power lines. The only time you will find this out is when you sell your house, and if the wiring ・ is installed according to city regulations, you won't notice any difference at all.

As someone else mentioned, heated toilet seats should always be included in all models. Now I can't sit on mine without a heated toilet seat anymore. I bought two models from Amazon, first a TOTO model with the control panel attached to the wall, and second a standard model with the control panel attached to the side of the toilet seat.

If you are just after price, you can find cheap Korean brand washlets at the larger Korean food markets.

I use something called Attachment Sprayer for Toilet Seat which can be purchased on Amazon for about $ 30. It does not provide hot water, and I had some reservations before using it, but I decided to give it a try and it has been two years now. It does not require a power supply, and the installation time is estimated to be about 20 minutes.

My TOTO has had it for 9 years and 4 years, but I fixed it myself when the old one started leaking from the base of the spray that extends when cleaning, slowly but surely. The best place to look is on Offerup. I recently bought a Moen for $120. Toto has them for about $200. The question is whether you can install it yourself ？ or whether you can properly check the contents and know that you have all the parts.
