一昨年家を購入し、昨年、市民権を取得しました。市民権を取得する際に、フルネームも変えました。
数年後に家を売却する際に、名義が変わっていることで、キャピタルゲインがウェイブできなくなる可能性はありますか。
もちろん、ソーシャルセキュリティナンバーは変わっていませんが、買った人間と売った人間の名前が違っていることで、厄介なことにならないかと心配しております。
エスクロー会社、会計士、弁護士に聞いてみたのですが、「売るときになってみないと分からない」というような曖昧な答えかありませんでした。
どなたか経験者のかた、よろしくお願いいたします。

かなり前になりますが不動産売却時Refinance時等、いざという時に困らないようにAssessor Dataの変更申請をしました。申請には氏名変更を証明する書面としてCertificate of CitizenshipのコピーをNotarize してもらい添付したように記憶しています。詳細はAssessor Officeに問合せるのが良いかと思います。以下のLinkが参考になるのではないでしょうか。
