Vivinavi Los Angeles日本の高速用「ETCカード」、海外在住者に向いているものは?

日本に一時帰国します。その際、土日祝日の高速割引を利用したくそのためにはETCカードが必要とのこと。
このカードはクレジットカードのようなものなので、日本国内の口座から引き落としなどで支払うらしいのですが、私は日本に口座がありません。今回使用できればいいだけなので、１度だけ使用できるものなどがあればいいのですが・・・。
どなたかいいアイディアをご存知の方、情報をいただけますか?よろしくお願い致します。

日本のETCはクレジット会社が発行するものなので、
日本発行のクレジットカードを持っていらっしゃらない場合は、
(もしくは、作ることができない場合)
恐らく取得ができないと思います。

そうですか・・・。せっかく割引があるのなら使わなきゃ、と意気込んでいたのですが。レンタカーもETC付にしたのでがっかりです・・・

クレジットカード機能がなければ知人のものをとも思ったのですが、何かがあったときがこわいのでやめることにしました。
数千円の差なので私には痛いんですが、今回は我慢します・・・とほほ。
