だったと思いますが、日本人の割合とか、Mt SACについて知っている人

知っていらっしゃる。 とか ご存知・・とかと
同じ使い方ですよね？
これは方言なんでしょうか？
自分が知らない言い回しって本当に沢山あって、日々勉強です。

「ご存知と見える」のような言い回しは、昔言葉にありますが、「〜してみえる」は名古屋弁のようですね。
「〜しとりゃあす」や「〜してござる」「〜しとらっせる」まですごくないですが。
「明日、なにしてみえる？(なにしてます？)」とか「御主人、みえる？(います？)」といった表現が名古屋弁にはありますね。
