僕は現在OPTで会社に勤務しているんですが、来年の4月に友達の結婚式があるのでできれば日本に帰りたいと思ってます。
よくOPT中は帰らないほうがいい、なんて聞くけど、帰って問題があった人はいますか?
僕は6月いっぱいまでのOPTで会社からのレターなどは書いてもらえると思いますし、有給もあるので、帰ることに関して会社側は問題と思うのですが。
また、OPT終了後は大学院に戻りたいと考えていて、F1ビザはまだ二年ほど残っています。
でも学校自体始まるのが9月なので、4月にI20が間に合うとは思えません。
どなたか経験ある方、友人の話を聞いた、という方でもアドバイスください！

僕の友人(知人)が帰った事あったけど、問題なかったような。
でも会社からのレターはもらってましたよ。
詳しい人からレスつくといいですね。

基本的には会社がちゃんと証明してくれればいいはずです。何をどのように書いてもらえばよいのかわかりませんが、学校やINSに問い合わせればわかると思います。会社が問題ないといえば、普通は問題ないと思いますよ。
大学院もがんばってね。

OPT中の帰国でもF1には代わりがないので、I-20に学校からの裏書が必要ですよ！
会社ははっきりいって関係ありません。在学中と扱いは全く一緒です。とにかくI-20をお忘れなく。。

でも#3さんと#4さんの行ってる事が微妙に違うような。。。
#3さん、会社が問題ないといってるのは、会社的に帰るのは問題ないということであって、ビザ云々の知識はあんましないと思います。特にOPTのことは。
#4さん、学校からの裏書葉もらってきますね。
でももう卒業してて、OPTの残りもわずか(3ヶ月以内)でももんだいないんでしょうか？
