あの・・ホントに不法滞在してる日本人ってたくさんいるのですか？
もうひとつ、GC申請中でもステイタスがなかったら不法滞在と同じなんですか？
単なる素朴な疑問です。

GC申請中はステイタスは申請中になるので不法滞在ではないですが基本的に何もできません。学校も行けないし（留学生扱い）仕事も許可がないと働けない。はっきり言ってたいした仕事についてない人のほとんどは不法滞在だと思います。
