今度、日本に一時帰国する予定ですが、皆さんはドルをどこで日本円に換金していますか？
アメリカでの外貨両替所、アメリカ内の日系の銀行、日本の空港、日本の銀行、郵便局、いろいろあると思いますが、どこが一番いいのでしょうか。

そういえば、去年末帰国したときUS100ドルは偽札出回ってる直後で町の換金屋で出来なくてあわくったな

日本旅行で使うだけの金額でしたらどこで換えても大きな違いはありません。その時のドル円相場で例えば1ドルが110円だったら実際の換金では最大107円ぐらいになります。よって1,000ドル(11万円)の換金では3,000円ですね。もし1ドル108円のところがあってもその差は1,000円(約9ドル)。たった9ドル違いのために右往左往したいですか。下手すりゃ電車賃で飛んでしまうかも。すなおに日本の空港の換金所で換金してみては。
ただ LAX の換金所はおやめください。あそこは日本での換金より1ドルにつき2円ぐらい余計に損をします。
