Vivinavi Los Angeles日本へ帰国時に米国内のファンドや株はどうするの？

今秋に日本へ永久帰国予定ですが、米国内のファンド（投資信託）と株をそのまま保有できるのか、もしくは全て売らないといけないのかその辺の法律がわかりません。
確かファンドと株を買うときに「米国在住者でないと買えません。」という規約があったように思うのですが、どなたか詳しい方教えてください。

結局税金じゃね？
投資とかは口座開設しないといけないから「買えませんと」いう意味はＳＳＮ持ってるかどうかで米国永住者ということではないとおもうよ
日本永住しても米国の税金払ってればいいんじゃなかろうか

アメリカに現住所が無い場合口座は維持でき無いことが証券会社の契約書には
記載されていますよｗ
日本に帰るのなら日本で口座を開ける事が正解だと思う。

余談ではあるが
ある知人は数ミリオンの収入を不正申告でやり過ごそうとした
だがある日IRSが動くと察知した彼はチャーターのヘリコプターと飛行機を屈指して
カナダから日本に帰国
その後IRSの職員が日本に出向き本人に会って説得しようとしたが、当人が拒否したため
それで終了したらしい。
当局の方でも日本国内では逮捕権も無いので成すすべなし。。。
