５月にスピード違反（１５マイル）と無免許運転でチケットを貰いました。国際免許は持っていましたがまだCAの免許は取得していません（現在はペーパーのみ合格）でした。駐在員としてもうすぐ３ヶ月ですが認識の甘さから裁判所に呼び出しを受け、無罪を主張（無免許についてのみ）しましたが、１０日間しか有効でない事を言われ、再度裁判所に来なさいと言われています。最悪の罰則、罰金、レコード等の影響がもし分かれば教えていただきたいと思っております。

何で会社が契約している弁護士に相談しないのでっか。

駐在員といっても激務の方もいるでしょうから、理解できなくもないですね。仕事上の優先順位もあるでしょうが、こちらで求められる責任力はやはり日本とは異なりますので、横着はしない方がいいかもです。

次に法廷に行くまでに正式に免許を取得するのが最も無難な気がします。

たまたまスピードオーバーで捕まったが見つからなければ平気でいつまでも無免許で運転する人と思われる。
甘い言葉は無用。
生活の為の準備は３ヶ月もあれば十分。
