目がしょぼしょぼ。。。

目が「しょぼしょぼする」というのは英語で何と言うのでしょうか。コンピュータで仕事などをしばらくしていると目がしょぼしょぼしてきてしまい、もちろん目を休ませるのが一番いいのでしょうが、忙しくてそういうわけにもいかないことが多いです。そういう時に使える目薬などないかな、と思って探してみたのですが、目が乾燥したときか、アレルギー用のものがほとんどで、私が思っている症状用のものは見当たりませんでした。しょぼしょぼしている時は、結構涙が多くなっているような気がするので、乾燥ではないと思うのですが。これは、ただ「目が疲れているとき」と言うしかないのでしょうか。アメリカで買える目薬で、いいものがあったら教えてください。

目が変な感じで、Eye Doctorに行ったらDry Eyeだと言われ、このEye Dropをもらいました。それから一日6回くらい使用しなさいといわれました。　これはVisineよりももっとThick Liquidで、目をMoistureでCoverする感じです。それから治りました。でも一度Doctorに行くのが一番です。
