今セメで２年生のカレッジを卒業します。事情があって、今年いっぱいかせめて１０月まではこっちにいないといけないんです。最初ははりきってOPTを取ろうと思ったのですがOPTビザは１回取るとビザが切れるまで（と言う事は１年ですよね？）日本に帰れないといわれてしまったのですが・・・これって本当ですか？？それとも、安い語学学校に通い学生ビザを維持した方がいいでしょうか？
教えてください。

聞いた話では、1年の期限が残り少ないときに再入国すると、審査官の判断で帰される可能性があると。
そうじゃなければ、大丈夫じゃないですかねぇ。

まず、OPTはビザではありません。卒業後１年間のワークパーミッションであって、ビザはあくまでもF１のままです。日本には帰国できますが、再度アメリカに入国するときに必要書類を揃えないと入国が難しいと思います。
