現在OPT申請中なのですが、仕事の面接のため日本に帰らなければいけません。
当然OPTは捨てる事になる訳ですが、１０日ほどでまた今度はビザなしで戻ってきて3月にはLAを引き払う予定なのです。
こういった場合税関は問題なく通れるものなんでしょうか？
観光という事であれば、やはり日本からの往復航空券が必要なんでしょうか？
ちなみに今LA→成田の往復航空券を持っているのですが、3月に帰る分の片道チケットを持っていたらその辺の問題はないのでしょうか？
周りにこういった問題に詳しい人がいないので、誰か詳しい方がいたら教えて頂けると嬉しいです。
よろしくお願いします。
