永住権のくじが一年に一回行われているのは知ってるんですが、いつもどこでクジに出したらいいか迷っています。普通に代理店に頼むと結構お金かかるし、かといって、ちょろちょろ耳にするのは、直接移民局のHPにいって、ただで自分でするとか・・・ でも、どのサイトか全然見つけることができないのですが、どなたか、アドバイスいただけませんか？また、自分でただでできたとしても、記入もれなどから、審査する前に却下にならないように、写真とかも、HP上でチェックしてもらえるって聞いたんですが・・・。情報ください！！

詳細な情報が知りたいのであれば
毎年９月か１０月ごろブリッジＵＳＡに詳細が掲載されます（たぶん今年も！）
これを待ってからでも遅くはないですよ

F1等、これからビザを申請して渡米しようとしてる人は、気をつけたほうがいいらしいですよ。
過去に抽選の応募歴があると、移民の意思ありと判断されて、却下された例が出ているようです。
