もうルームメイトが最悪なので、引っ越そうと思っています。
その場合、二人で一緒にお金をだして買ったものなどはどうすればいいのでしょうか？
私としては必要なものは新居に持って生きたいのですが・・・。
どなたか引越し経験者の方、アドバイスくださいっ！！！

同じような経験あります。
家具やテレビなどの電化製品といった大きなものは、どちらかが買い取るか、二人とも買取の気がないなら、ヤードセールなどで売ってお金を半分にしました。とにかく私が早く出て行きたかった事もあり、一緒に買ったけどルームメイトに上げた物（食器、調理器具、電子レンジ、ラグなど）も多かったです。細かいことでごちゃごちゃしてまたストレスを増やし引越しを先延ばしにしたくなかったのと、引っ越すと言い出した側なので多少の損は覚悟してました。そして部屋を出るときは共同で使用したキッチン、リビング、バスルームも含め、これ以上無い位きれいにして出て行きました。後で色々言われたくなかったので。
私はそれ以来一人暮らしですが、引越し後の新しい生活に、時間をかけて新しいものを自分の趣味でまた買い集めるのも楽しかったですよ。引っ越後しばらくは、大きな家具のない生活をしましたが、相性の合わない人と住むストレスからの開放感は何にも換えられませんよ。
他の皆さんはこんなときどうしてらっしゃるのでしょう、私も気になります。引越し大変でしょうけど頑張ってくださいね。
