１年契約でも、１年が過ぎたとき、何の連絡もない場合、自動的に次の１年に移ってしまう契約もあります。これらは最初に契約したときの書類の裏に細かい字で書かれていて見過ごすことがよくあります。
もう一度最初の契約書を読み直してはいかがでしょう。

僕も以前解約の事で問題になった事があります。
僕は、自分の番号を他社の携帯会社に持っていける、LocalPortabiityを使った為、前の携帯会社から、EratlyCancelのチャージが来ました。でも、僕の契約は１年以上経ってるはずだ、中途で内容を変えてたとしても、それはその契約の１部だと言い張ったら、そのチャージはしないと約束させました。
とりあえず、カスタマーサービスに連絡して貴方の契約についての話し合いを持った方がいいでしょう。
もし、２年契約をして場合は、その携帯番号毎友達にお譲りする事はいかがですか？
