初めてネットでの被害にあってしまい、その瞬間はすごくショックで、どうしていいかわからなかったです。
内容は、あるプロバイダーのパスワード・ＩＤをハッキングされたのか勝手にそのプロバイダーに接続され、課徴料金が発生していたというものです。つなぎ放題プランではないので、本当びっくりしました。
金額は２万円とか４万円とかでしたが、精神的にショックです。
対策としてつなぎ放題のプランに切り替えるのとパスワードを本当毎月変えようと思います。またファイアウォールの設定も強くしておこうと思ってます。
みなさんもこのような経験ってありますか？気をつけていきましょう。

その被害をプロバイダに報告しましたでしょうか？利用されたサービスが電話回線などを使った物の場合、プロバイダで電話番号の特定などが出来る可能性も考えられます。
それを元に犯人の特定が出来る場合もありますので確認してみる事をお勧めいたします。

真さん、お返事ありがとうございます。
私の場合は日本のプロバイダーを使っているので、日本に電話をしてみて、２ヶ月前のは既に決済されてるのでだめでしたが、先月の分についてはつなぎ放題プランに切り替える（＋３００円ほど）ことで相殺にしてもらえました。
ハッキングされた可能性が高いとのことですが、実際に自分で使ってないという証拠を示すのは電話だけではむずかしかったので、一ヶ月分はあきらめ、まだ決済の済んでないものに関して取り消しを依頼しました。
金額よりも自分自身が体験してしまうということのショックが大きかったです。びっくりでした。

ＩＤ盗難とかっていうのは本当に処理が大変ですね。銀行やクレジットカードとかもそうだけど、ネット上でのパスワード盗難とかって余計に証拠をあげるのが大変。ＩＰ開示するのにプロバイダーを説得するなんて個人じゃ到底無理だし、基本的に「接続で発生した料金はいかなる場合でも負担」するように規則に書かれてることがほとんどだしね。
返金してもらえるって言うのは本当によかったし、珍しいことだと思います。まだ盗まれたことないけれど、ＩＤとパスワードのセットは、絶対他のサイトでのＩＤ／パスワードでは使ってません。
