今、大学生で３泊ほどSFに泊まろうかと思っています。
今までひとりで海外に行ったことがなく不安なんですが、
お金もなく、安くて、できれば立地のよいユースホステルかふつうのホテルを探しています。
知っていたら教えてくれませんか？

現在有効期限つきグリンカードを所有しています。
日本で働かないか？との誘いがあるのですが、かなり条件も良い為、２−３年経験として日本で仕事してみるのもいいかも？と考え中です。
日本で働いたとしても、旦那の実家に帰省のため年に１,２度はアメリカには戻ってくる予定です。
永住権を所有している場合、年に１度はアメリカに帰国していればそのまま保持できる程度の知識しかないのですが、最近移民法もよく変わっているようなので実際のところどうなんでしょうか？
半年以上とか国外に出ているとやはりまずいのでしょうか？またその場合のアメリカ国内の住所など旦那の実家に移すなど手続きは取ったほうがいいの？？？
どなたか、同じような経験がある方がいるようでしたら教えてください。

３月の下旬に、４泊６日で親戚の住んでいるサンマテオへ友達二人で遊びに行きました☆
英語は喋れませんがとりあえず“行ってしまえ！！”ということで９時間かけて行っちゃいましたよ♪
サンフランシスコは本当に歴史を感じられる街で、住みやすいところなんだなぁと実感しましたし、気分的な事で、いい経験が出来ました♪
学生の頃から英語を頑張っていれば・・・・・と今は悔やんでいます（涙）
また、旅費貯めて２年後にサンフランシスコの地を踏みたいと思っています☆サンフランシスコありがとぉぉぉ（・・）/~

私はカナダ国籍です。サンフランにコンドミニアムの購入を検討していますが、不動産に問い合わせる前に、予備知識をつけておきたいと思っています。私の下記の質問への答えをご存知の方、教えてください。
＊不動産のコミッションは誰が払い、どれくらいか。
＊新築コンドでも価格の取引は可能か。
＊escrowとは何か。
＊リーガルフィー（譲渡手続き費用）は全部でどれくらいか。
＊買い手が払う不動産取得税はあるか。
＊米国非居住者にかけられる特別の費用・税金などはあるか。
以上が私の質問です。ではどうぞよろしく。

以前、知り合いから日本人のいる動物病院があると聞きました。その友人も詳しいこともまでは知らなかったので、自分で色々と探してみたのですが見つかりませんでした。
どなたか、サンフランシスコ、オークランド、サンノゼどこでも構いませんので、日本語の通じる動物病院をご存知でしたら教えてください。

１２月末からサンフランシスコに滞在するのですが、年末年始の日本の番組をケーブルテレビで見たいと思っています。パシフィックハイツあたりに滞在するのですが、ケーブルテレビでは何チャンネルで日本語放送が見れるのでしょうか？ご存知の方よろしくお願いします。
