I agree with that.
But when it gets worse, that's the problem. I don't want to be one of the handful who gets worse, so I have to be careful. Even if it doesn't get worse, there are problems with the aftereffects.

Politicians know the ins and outs of such things, and they are free to do so because they have priority access to the latest medical care.
