日本語が話せる心療内科、精神科医で良い先生を探しています。
A.K先生以外でお願いします。この先生は本当に酷い。
住まいはOCなのですがリサーチしてもいませんでした。
みど〇って人のカウンセリングも最悪でした。
場所は特に問わないのでまともなで良い医師を探しています。宜しくお願いします。

とぴさんこんにちは。
先生の合う合わないですがどのようにあわないのでしょうか?
つまりご自身が希望している薬を出してもらえないという事でしょうか?
抗うつ剤はだしてもらえますが
精神安定剤は基本アメリカでは中々出してもらえないです。
安定剤は即効性はありますが依存性が強いからだと考えられます。
抗うつ剤はゆっくりですが根元から改善していきますからだと思います。
あまり良くないですが、炭水化物を空腹に食べることを始めたらどうですか?脳が落ち着いてきます。
太りますが、抗うつ剤とその様な食べ方で落ち着いてくると思います。
落ち着いたら、炭水化物を減らしダイエットしていけばいいと思います。

うん、パニックになった時、なりかけた時に甘いドーナツ多目に食べると大きく改善されるというのは広く知られていますね。 有酸素運動をやりながら炭水化物を摂る。 ディプレッションには効きます。

お返事ありがとうございます。私は十年前に躁鬱と診断され今でもそうです。相性はk.a先生は良かったと思ってました。お薬も相談しながら上手に出してくれました。ただ患者の事をケアしてるのではなく金儲けって感じがしましたが。2年以上通院していましたが受付の方々の多すぎるミスのため何度も迷惑がかかりそれがストレスになったのでその事を冷静に先生に言ったところクリニック側は悪くなく私に否があると言い出しめちゃくちゃな事ばかり言ってきて責め出したので通院をやめました。それまで服用していたリチウム、抗鬱剤がなくなってから非常に大変でした。自殺未遂もしました。今まだ医師の助けが必要です。どこか良い医師はいませんか?
