カリフォルニアは物価が高いですよね。
他と比べても仕方ありませんが、皆さんどれくらいの年収でどれ位の住居に住まわれてるのか教えてください。
うちは30代半夫婦で、夫$82000,私$35000です。
住居は2bd、2bathで$2500です。

家購入はずっと考えてますけど、高すぎません？
プライスヒストリー見ると買う気が削がれます。
下がったら買おうと思ってダウンペイメント貯めます。
30%も入れれたらモーゲージ楽そうですね。

確かに１０年前でガーデナ辺りだとそのくらいの相場でしたか。
今じゃ2bed2bathで２０００ドル以下で住めそうな所はないですよね。
しかしいしだ壱成の都心のアパートの家賃が２万５千円には驚いた。日本安っ！！

なんだかんだで、家を売るのや〜めた（＾△＾；）。
アパートの家賃が高すぎるのか、うちのテナントさんは出て行く様子もないし。
ボロ家であろうとなんだろうと、LAでは財産ですな。
こうしてあと数年でローンを終えて、それから頭金をボチボチ貯めて、
次は好きなところにコンドーを買えればいいな。
そん時には少しはローンが降りやすいといいけど。
