会社に出社したら、オフィスはもぬけの殻。今月の給与ももらっていません。
社長に電話を掛けても既に電話回線は切れています。家に行きましたが、引越ししていました。
Sheriffに行ったら、弁護士を雇い裁判所に行くように言われました。弁護士を雇うお金はありません。明日の生活にもこまっている状態。
こんなとき、どこにどのような手続きをすればいいですか。

踏み倒しは犯罪だから、公の場でお尋ねしていいんじゃないですか。
今の時代尋ね人はネットで人力人探しが一番いいですよ。
全額返ってくるのは無理かもしれないけど、誠意と謝罪位はもらわないとね。

教えてください。ネットで探すのにはどうすればよいのでしょうか。実は、今月の給料だけではないのです。社内株も持っておりまして、かなりの額になります。もう気が狂いそうです。

いや、自分で探すんでなくてみんなで探すんですよ。
もちろん自分でもSNSなんかの記録をもとに相手の履歴を可能な限り穿るべきですが。
もし本当に探したいならあちこちで個人情報をさらすしかないでしょう。（もちろん自分のアイデンティティもある程度特定されますがしょうがないですね）
誰も足がかりを知らないわけはないですし、なんか情報は集まるんじゃないですか。
ネットで祭りになれば人海戦術であっという間に情報特定されちゃいますよ、今のネット時代。
