ライセンスを持った会計士でも弁護士でもないのに、法的なアドバイスをしながら顧客からお金を取っている場合、どこに訴える事ができますか? 情報掲示板を見てここに相談する勇気が出ました。私も日本人の方で知識と長年の経験を謳い文句にしてる人にお金だけ取られて事が前に進みませんでした。日本人なら騙してもバレないと思ってるのでしょうね。情報をお持ちの方、どうぞよろしくお願い致します。

#26のレスは私の投稿ではありませんが、もしかしたら情報掲示板に書かれた方かもしれません。
LAW OFFICEとかACCOUNTING OFFICEとか掲示して会社を運営していると、弁護士事務所、会計(CPA)事務所と思ってしまうのは日本人に限らないと思いますけれど、州のライセンスもないのに紛らわしい名前で掲示するのはよ良心的ではないと思うし、何よりもライセンスがない(弁護士でも会計士でも無い)事は先に客に伝えるべきだと思います。その上でお互いが理解した上で契約をするなり、金額を払うなりが商売だと思います。何十年の知識と経験で信頼できる、日本語で安心して相談できるなどの謳い文句は私もSTATE BARに問い合わ中です。

情報掲示板には胡散臭い金儲けの書き込みが結構掲載されているようだが。
また儲かるなら他人に教えないでやっている方が商売敵が増えない。
人に紹介するようなのはネットワークビジネスと見ていた方が良いのでは。
