私はLAの語学学校に通っていますが最近永住権保持者の日本人と結婚して書類上でも結婚が認められました。ここで聞きたいのでが私の父が今病気になり緊急帰国しなければいけなくなりましたが私は日本へ帰国してLAに戻ってこれることは可能でしょうか？もちろん学校からは再入国許可書はいただきました。風の噂で聞いたのですが学生できていてその間に結婚をして結婚後日本へ直ぐ帰国したらLAに戻るときイミグレで止められると聞きました。ほんとですか？強制送還？因みに私はLAにきて数ヶ月です その間に結婚しちゃいました。何方か教えてください！！ 帰国したいけど帰れますか？？？？？？

Eビザって非移民ビザですよね？
どちらかが永住権持ってたら問題なんですよ。
どちらも非移民ビザの場合はスルーです。

グリーンカード申請してないなら、学生押し切って、結婚していることは言わなければ良いかもですが、あとでグリーンカード申請する時に問題になるかもしれません。やっぱりちょっと変だから。私はGC申請中ですが、ちゃんといつでも変えれるようにAdvanceParoleを一緒に申請してます。＃１０さんのコメントちょっときつく聞こえるかもしれませんが、正しいと思います。家族は日本、自分はこっち、となると緊急の時にいろいろ対処できるようにしておくべきだったと思います。でもいまさら言ってもしょうがないので今はお父さんの心配だけをしてください。学生で帰ってきて、Lawyerなどちゃんと法的アドバイスをできる人に相談したほうがいいかも。これに関してはケースごとに違うので人のアドバイスは鵜呑みにしないほうがいいと思います。このコメントもう遅かったかもしれませんが、がんばってね。

What is your alien status? Is it F1 or are you on parole for green card. If your status is on parole then you need to go to INS(CIS now) office and ask for advance parole to leave the country. If you leave the country without advance parole, you will have trouble at the airport. If your status is still F1 then you can go back, but your status shouldn't be F1 when you get married to legal permanent residence. In any situation, go to nearest CIS office.
