皆さんこんにちは。
ユティリティ込みのゲストハウスを借りていますが
契約の際には何も言われなかったのですが
入居後少し経ってからエアコンとヒーターは
ユティリティには含まれないから使うなら代金を払えと言われて
今更そんな事を言うのか？詐欺じゃないの？と思いましたが
大家があまりにも高圧的な態度ですぐ怒るヒステリーな女性で
気に入らないと凄い攻撃的でケンカ腰の文章を送ってきたり
インターネットをシャットダウンしてくる為に
精神的にストレスを感じますし
面倒くさいので大人しく様子見していました。
ここ数日の猛暑の中、我慢できずエアコンを付けた途端に
「エアコン使うなら金払え！ 払えないならエアコン使うな！」と
もの凄い怒ったテキストが届き困惑しています。
大家はテナントに対して家賃に対する設備を整える必要あると思いますし、
ユティリティ込みで借りたはずですと伝えたら、
早速「気に入らないなら３０日以内に出ていけ」と言われてしまいました。
いくら大家でも、テナントに発言する権利無しみたいな
この態度の悪さは流石に失礼だと思うのですが
こういう大家を黙らせるアイデアがあれば
是非教えて下さい。

#67、あの人は以前、自分を批判する人のHNをびびさーちして、検索できない名前の人を「同一人物」と言っていました。
荒れる掲示板では多ハンが横行するとは知らなかったようで、それを知ってから自分も多ハンを多用するようになりました。
多ハンが横行している原因が自分だとは気が付いていないようです。
だから、自分が批判されると、彼はクローンの友達をたくさん作ります。まるで親の仇みたいにつっかかってくるからわかりやすい。
そしてそのクローン友達は使い捨て。友達の大事さを認識していないから、言われた本人はアカの他人みたいな態度。
