これまでの夫婦別姓を読んでおりましたが、少々古い情報かと思い、改めてお聞きしたいです！2019年アメリカ人と結婚して、LAに住む予定です。結婚後、苗字をどうしようかと考えております。私の中では決まっているのですが、とくに最近不都合な事があった等ございましたら教えてください。ちなみに 例）①日本国籍はそのまま Rie Yamada ② GC Rie Tanaka(お相手が日系二世なので、やはり日本人の苗字になります）③パスポート Rie Yamada (Tanaka) ③を主人の苗字に変えた方がいいというアドバイスも頂きましたが、そうなると日本国籍も改名する必要がありますよね。アドバイスお願い致します。

ん？私は何とかしろとは言ってないですよ。毎回航空券の領収書とボーディングパスとパスポートのコピーをFaxで送っていて特に何の混乱も起こってません。
＞こっち側はアメリカの名前で通せばいいことじゃん
そうしてますよ！なんだかよくわかりませんがわざわざご心配ありがとうございます。笑

かのさんの説明が一番わかりやすいですね。
私も皆様と同じように日本のパスポートにHanako Yamada (Smith)とはいっておりますが、
ＧＣはHanako Smithのみです。
航空会社のマイレージに記載した名前通りに名前を使い分けております。
日系はHanako Yamadaのみ。
その他はHanako Smithです。
それで問題になったことは一度もありません。
ご参考までに！！

単に自己中のおかげで他人の仕事増やしてるだけかと
カスタマーサービスの人なんじゃない？気持ちわかるよ。こういうめんどくさい特に女性はホント。
