外に買い物に行く頻度を下げるために
室内で育てられる野菜のやり方を教えて
ください。現在青ネギを、コップに水を入れて
そだてていますが、すぐ上のほうが枯れてしまいます。
置く場所、その他おすすめがありましたら、ぜひ教えて
ください。

ネギは根っこを土に埋めておけば育ちます。鉢植えで大丈夫です。

私は健康そうな根付きのバジルを買ってきて、半分バスタで使用した後 茎を整理して鉢植えに植えています。水は出来れば 水道水をダイレクトにあげない方がいいです。
もし テラスで雨水（今週は雨降りますから）を溜めて水やりに使用すると良いですよ。日光不足だと枯れてしまうので、出来るだけ窓際に育てる。
ちょっと前に室内ハーブを育てるキットが流行りましたね、、、ライトを当てて日光不足を補う。。。一昨年のクリスマスギフトに貰ったんですが、、、使用せず箱に入っています。。。
我が家は田舎なので、外にベジタブルガーデンがあるし、グリーンハウスもあるので。。。しかし この寒さで菜園は再開出来ませんが。今は雌鶏用にラディッシュとグリーンオニオンくらいです。

胡瓜、茄子、大葉、苦瓜、レタス、トマト、赤かぶ、唐辛子、しし唐、みょうが
ウオータークレス、豆類 大概のものは屋内栽培できますね
僕はいろんなものを栽培しています
じゃが芋、南瓜、トウモロコシ全て路地植えです
