引っ越して1週間です。大家に下記の嫌がらせをされています。ちなみに大家は75歳の韓国人女性です。
１）オーブンを使いたいといったら、新築で誰も使っていないオーブンをあなたの為にあけてやったと嫌味を言われました。
２）皿1枚朝仕事行く時あらわないでシンクにおいていったら、汚くキッチンをつかっていると文句を言われた
３）かったばかりの掃除機を使っていたら、床が傷むからほうきを使えといわれた
４）ゲートキーをコピーするから貸してとウソをつかれてゲートリモートをとられた。賃貸契約書に＄３０リモートデポジットを
払っており、契約書にも書いてあるようにリモートを持っている権利があると苦情をいったら翌日キッチンにおいてあった。
５）友人が来たときに車を敷地内にとめさせてないように、ゲートを手動に切り替え車が入れないようにする
６）キッチンの調味料がおいていた場所から違う場所に移動されている。
などの嫌がらせをうけてます。
こういうのってハラスメントになりますよね？

うちに以前部屋を見に来られた方は免許証を見せてくださいと行ったら今は持っていないと言って見せてくれず、後でどうやら偽名を使っていたことがわかりました。追加の費用請求に不愉快な気持ちになることは理解出来ますが、身分証の提示については書いていなくても常識でではないでしょうか。家主側としては、大家さんと揉めて急に引っ越し先を探していると言う方、ルームシェアを渡り歩いている様子の方、前の大家さんの悪口を言う方はほぼ確実にご本人に問題がおありなのでお断りする方がベストです。
気持ち悪いホスト、キチ〇イホスト、馬鹿ホスト、ク〇ホストなどと書かれる方、お人柄が分かります。正直要注意人物だという印象です。

今は持っていないと言われるなんて、かなりのレアなケースに思います。
後にどうやって偽名かわかったのですか？
結局その方には部屋をお貸ししたのでしょうか？
