どなたかアメリカ系のスーパーでサーモンを購入して刺身で食されている方はいらっしゃいますか？もちろん刺身グレードでしたら可能でしょうけど、Albertsonなどのスーパーには刺身級の品はおいてないように思います。Costcoのサーモンを刺身で食されて方がいると聞いたことがあるのですが、Costcoのサーモンはフレッシュなのでしょうか？

書き方が悪かったですね、ステーキ用と書かれているので加熱用と書き込みました。うちの近所の米系スーパーでマグロの冷凍真空パックが売られていますけど、今度ポキで試してみようかな。
なかなかこっちいるとお刺身が食べられないので恋しいです。日系スーパーも近くにないので。

なるほど。もう少しCostcoを勉強する必要がありそうですね。Costcoは場所によって仕入れ先が異なるようです。今度メンバーになる前に見学しに行こうかと思います。

その通りなんですよ。Farm Raisedのほうが安全でUSA,Canada, Norway, Scotland産であれば安心して食べれるそうです。
