I got a green card last year and now I am living in Japan, is there any other documents I need for tax return other than w-2 ？

Hello. I have a question regarding the renewal of my 10 year permanent residency. My wife and I applied last year on January 25, 2021, and our fingerprints were taken on March 20 of that year. And my Green Card was received within 10 days. However, my wife's I-90 is still under examination and she has not received her Green Card. It has been 14 months since I received my Green Card. This is a continuation of my previous post about my child's blood test that showed high lead levels, so she was retested. May I ask if I may ask this frustration here ？
