２年間あるファーストフードでバイトしてます。
私は育った環境のせいか、人とのコミュニケーションのとり方がよくえ分かりません。(話の仕方。仕事の人とだけどう話したらわからないだけで友達はいます)
あと、仕事の時、頭を切り替えられなくて、顔に出てしまいます。
そういう事情で、最近暫く休んでいて、復活する時、周りからあんまり良く思われてないという事を社員から聞かされました。
かなりの人間不信なので、涙が止まらなくて、更に人が信じられなくなりました。
復活はもう少し伸ばして、今はその環境に耐えられるか考えています。
悪い所は直したいと思っています。でも、この先その環境に精神状態が耐えられるかわかりません。近くに精神科に行きます。
何かアドバイスがあったらお願いします。
