友達が、不法滞在の結果、入国禁止措置により、再入国できません。どうにかして、再入国禁止措置を解除できる、方法などありますか。もしくは、専門の弁護士さんなどの、情報おまちしてます。

過去の不法滞在分を’クリアにするのが、８０００ドルから１万ドル、などの情報ありました。この国って、結構、お金で解決しますね。知り合いなんか、犯罪暦を消しましたよ。１万ドルで。

その情報って一昔の情報じゃないの？
確かに弁護士雇って消すというか、ビザを申請して認可されて入国できたとしても、お金次第といえばお金次第だけど。

まぁ、金積めば処理してくれる事なんざINSに限らずなんでもあるけどさ。 でも、誰に払う訳？ 弁護士を雇って裏金工作って事？ それとも自分でINSに払うの？ まぁ、自分で払うんだろうなぁ。
そんな経済的余裕があるんだったらそれもいいんだろうけど、他に策はなしって訳か？
