もう直ぐ28歳になるものです。
最近日本の実家から国民年金が強制になるから（財産の差し押さえもある等）と今まで未納の分払わないといけないと連絡がきました。
私は保険会社の年金型にずっと入っていましたが、こう言う状況になって今凄く悩んでいます。
噂で聞いた話によると5年以上たった分は時効だとも聞きましたが
毎月1万3千円位？の年金＋8年分を払うとなるとかなりの金額になってしまいます。（多分130万位？）
もし詳しく知っている方がいましたら
どんな情報でも良いので教えて下さい。

届けだしをしないとだめだねぇ。まぁ後でも書類のコピーを住民課に提出してもらって（親にでも）、それで認められればＯＫだろう。しか〜し、一時停止届けをしてなければ通知がくるはずだな。

私は ＃８さんと同じく ２０歳前に渡米して、今学生ですが、日本の家に国民年金手帳などがおくられてきたため、 一時帰国したときに区役所で現住所をアメリカにうつし、個人番号？みたいなものも取り消してもらって 払わなくてよくなりましたよ。

#8さんのカキコミに出ている学生納付特例制度は、日本の大学に在籍していないとダメなようです。
市町村によって違うのかも知れませんが、３年ほど前に神奈川県でこの制度を申請しようとした時に却下されました。
自分では払えないので、現住所をアメリカに移しました。

現住所をアメリカに移すっていうことは、イコール住民票を抜くっていうことですか?
住民票を抜くと、国民健康保険が効かなくなるって効いたのですが、日本に帰ったときに歯などを一斉に治したいので困ります。もうすぐ20才なのですが他にいい手段はないでしょうか。
