私は外国人留学生で、現在神奈川のある大学で勉強しています。現在、勉強の必要に応じて英語の語学力向上を目的としたアメリカ留学を考えています。一年ぐらいを考えております。外国人のため、ビザの取得が難しいです。だれかいいアドバイスくれませんか？お願いします。

まず､現在Visa取得状況は９１１事件後非常に厳しくなってをる｡
よって外国人ぢゃからという事は無いと思ふ･･･｡
場合によって､温度差はあるであろうが
Arab系国家のご出身であればかなり厳しい･･･
と聞いたことはある｡
あくまでうわさぢゃが｡
それからワシも日本人なので､
日本での申し込みの際
注意事項であったことを
申し上げてをく｡
留学目的が､何をして､何のために､いつまでなのか
はっきりさせておく事ぢゃ｡
Tabooなのは留学後の帰国意志が曖昧な目的では
Visaは降りないということぢゃ｡
これは万国共通であると思ふ｡
まづは貴殿の出身国大使館に行かれ､
申請に必要な準備を聞いてをく事をオススメ致す｡
