今年の夏あたりからバイトを始めようと思うんです。色々友ダチからきくのですがINSの人が見回りにくるとか、SSNはオーナーにいってはいけないとか、どんなことでもいいのでアドバイスください！お待ちしてます！ちなみにF-1ビザでリバーサイド在住です。

密告、いわゆるチクリで摘発された友人を二人知っています。
INSがうろうろ見回っているとは思いませんが、危険性はあるということでしょう。
彼らは確か、二週間以内に国外退去、だったと思います。
トピ主さんが大学生なら、インターンをして、お金をもらうこともできるんですよ。
リスクを無くす、または減らすことも考えてみたらどうでしょうか？

ちょっとトピとずれるかも知れませんが、SSNを持っていれば誰でもアルバイトは出来るのでしょうか？
前の学校でSSNを発行してもらって、今は違う学校に通う予定なのですが、それでもSSNは使えますか？

アルバイトにしても正社員にしても
雇用する側が必ずステータスを
確認する義務がある。もし労働
不可のビザでアルバイトなり
社員を雇うと雇用者は確か２万ドル
くらいの罰金が来るはず。悪質だと
懲役を食らう。
最近は密告が多いから特に学生は
気をつけた方がいいよ。一度見つかると
一生アメリカに来れないと思った方が
いい。

SS#あったら確かにバイトできますね。でも、最近はステータスをチェックする様になってると思います。
SS#は、一生、同じ番号です。

参考になる意見どうもありがとうございます。私が今持っているSSNはworking onlyと書かれていますが、もしUSで結婚したとしてもそのSSNを継続すると言うことでしょうか？
もともと、バイトをすると言うことで前の学校から発行してもらったSSNは、ステータスから言うとどうなるんでしょう？？学校も変わったのですが。
