短大にトランスファーしようと思って今まで語学学校に行ってました。ただ、貯金が無くなってきたので転校はひとまず諦めてアメリカで就職したいのですが。
今はF-1ビザなんですが働くにはビザどおすればいいですか？このままだと働けないと思うのですが。Hビザ？に変えるにはどうするのですか？

OTPで働くのも企業によっては「インターン」と変わりない扱いをされるところもあります。お給料も最低時給に毛が生えた程度とか・・・。日本で出た４年大学の専攻科目と就職先の企業の職種によってHが降りるので、さっさと就活はじめちゃったほうがいいと思いますが・・・。hanasakiさんを欲しいと思う企業は必ず手助けしてくれますよ。

77年度さんの仰るとおり、OPT取るより、Hを取ったほうが早いと思います。
でも日本の学歴があればの話です。
ただ、一人知り合いに日本で大学出てなくてこっちでもコミカレ1年という友達がHも取って今はグリーンカードの申請中です。彼とんでもなく優秀なんで、どの会社も彼を欲しがります。
なにかしら方法はありそうですね。。
弁護士次第？＝お金次第になっちゃいますけど。

え、Hビザって可能なんですか？（たいした職歴は無いんですが）私を採用してくれそうな企業があれば、そして４大時代の専攻と合えば、即ビザサポートって言うことかしら？？それならビザサポートしてくれる企業を見つける就職活動が早いわね。
Hビザが下りるまでにどのぐらい期間がかかるの？待ってる間は働けないと思うのですが。会社は待ってくれるのかしら？？
あー、いっそのことアメリカ国籍の人と結婚しっちゃおーかなー。そうすれば即、市民権でしょ。特急コースよね。誰か良い人いないかなーー。。
