最近ebayをはじめて楽しかったのですが、初めて２週間目でアイテムがとどかない事態が起こりました。郵送代に保険はつけていませんでした。ebayの規約によると売る側は買い手にちゃんと届くまで責任があるそうですが、届かない場合これからどうしていくのでしょうか？お金とかちゃんと帰ってくるのでしょうか？ちなみにＰＡＹＰＡＬでＶＩＳＡカードを使って払いました。誰か同じような経験の方体験などを教えていただけないでしょうか？よろしくお願いします。

書き忘れましたが、Priorityの3.45ドルは払っていました。助けてください。

こんにちは。
物が届かない時は、本当に嫌な思いをしますよね。
これまでebayで物を買って届かなかった事が３〜４度あります。
恐らく、500ドル以上は損をしていると思います。
腹がたつのは、郵便事故ではなくsalerによる故意の出来事で、明らかに相手の逃げているとわかる事。
メールを返してこない、IDが使えなくなっている、酷い人はこちらから何度もメールや評価を入れても無視を続け、更に出品を今だにしている。
確かpaypalを利用した場合、何かクレームを言えたと思います。
（画面のどこかからジャンプできたような？）
過去スレにもこのような質問がありましたので、検索してみてはいかがでしょうか。
尚、paypalにクレームできたとしても、期限が決められていたはず。
早めに報告するといいかもしれませんね。
