久しぶりにトピ作っちゃいます！美味しいトピ！！！
アメリカに住んではや×年。でも、毎日の食事にご飯は欠かせませんね。
炊きたてご飯に、美味しいおかずがひとつあれば、満足！満足！やっぱり僕は日本人だなぁって思います。
そこでこんなトピ作っちゃいました！日本各地からここロサンゼルスへやってきた皆さんの、「これがオススメ！炊きたてご飯のおかず！」をご紹介下さい！お国自慢もよし！ベタ〜なおかずもよし！アメリカンなおかずもよし！和でも洋でも中でも韓でもよし！オリジナルやユニークなものもよし！条件はありません。炊きたてのアツアツご飯に、これで食べた〜い！っておかずを書き込みましょう！
食欲の秋！あ"〜！おなか空いてきた！っていう、おかずをお願いします！おかわり！！！
（ダイエット中の人は、ゴメンナサイ！自分が嫌いなものが出てきても、怒っちゃダメ！）

では言い出しっぺで！
う〜ん、まずは焼き鮭かなぁ。
こっちのスーパーで売ってる、パウンド4〜6ドルくらいのサーモンの切り身を、一晩塩揉みして冷蔵庫でおいといて、翌日塩を洗い流したら一食分ずつ切り分けて、ラップして冷凍保存。
後は食べたい時に解凍して焼きます。ちなみに僕は焼かずにお酒と醤油とちょっと砂糖を入れたタレと一緒にチンしたりします。ご飯進みますよぉ〜！

イタリアンサラダドレッシングに鶏肉を漬け込んでおいてソテーするだけ。
とても美味しい。
９９セントストアなどで売っている安物のドレッシングで充分です。
