今観光ビザで滞在しています できたら帰国なしでビザがほしいのですが、よく「難しいんじゃない？」といわれます。難しいということは可能性はあるのでしょうか！？ぜひぜひこのまま取得したいのですがどなたか情報お持ちの方お願いいたします。

帰国なしでのビザの取得はビザの種類に関係なく「不可能」ですよ。
F1ビザを取得なされたいのですよね？語学学校でも大学でも、学校に入ればF1ビザの取得自体は全く難しくないですけど、入学許可の通知が出た後のビザの発行自体は日本国内にあるアメリカ大使館で行われ、パスポートも提出しなければいけませんし、今は大使館で面接もあるので、アメリカに残ったままでF1を発行してもらうことは不可能なわけです。ですから今観光でアメリカ国内にいても、ビザ発行には絶対日本に帰国しなければなりません。
もうすでに、通われる予定の学校はお決まりなのでしょうか？一旦帰国で渡航費用はかかってしまいますが、もしまだ学校が決まっていないのであれば（願書を出していなければ）、残高証明や日本の学校での英文成績証明書などの必要な書類は、アメリカにいるよりも日本にいたほうが取得が面倒でないですよ。

VISAWAIVERで入国したのなら、米国で労働しない、学校に入学しないことに
I-94でサインしているので不可能です。
３ヶ月以内に帰国しなければなりません。そのことにもサインしています。

そういうばあい（一度帰国するビザを取るために）は、ビザが下りるまでにどれくらいの費用と期間がかかるものなのでしょうか？？
