いろいろ理由があるとは思いますが、退去してもらいたいとき皆さん理由をなんと言っているのでしょうか？
今まで出てもらいたい人、というのがあまりいなかったのですが、今回はさすがに疲れたのでほかの人に入ってもらいたいと思っています。
もちろん30日以上のNoticeは出しますが、正直言いにくいというか・・・・ 言わないと始まりませんが、みなさんどうしてますか？
ちなみに日本から親戚が来る、というのは使えません。理由はその人が退去する前にほかの人が部屋を見に来るかもしれないし、びびなびで募集するかもしれないからです。
どうかお知恵を！！

間借り人にも権利があるんでさ、大家の都合で勝手に追い出せねーよーになってんだぜ。どーしても追い出してー場合は立ち退き料を払うんだけどさ、今、相場はどのくれーなのかね。２万ぐれーか？

そうそうオウヤの都合で簡単に、あなたのお陰で疲れたから出て行けや、迷惑かかるから出て行けなんて自分勝手が許されるはずがない。こういう商売を始めるなら先のことまず考えてからはじめなきゃ！！最悪な場合も想定してやらなきゃ！ 間借りしているひともたまったもんじゃない。。。間借人がお金を払えないとかなら、３０DAYS Notice も理にかなってるけど。
このケースだと引越し料だして出て行ってもらったら？そいうことが出来ないなら、きつい言い方かもしれないが、間借りビジネス止めるべし。。。

親戚が来るからと 言う理由で 出て行ってもらえるならば そうしたらどうですか。 どうせ 出て行かれてから １５日間ぐらいは 中の 修理や ペンキ塗りなどしなければならないでしょうから。 それから 新しい 入居者を 募ればいいでは ありませんか。 半月や 一ヶ月分の レント代の損失は 仕方ありませんね。 これは損失ではなく 経費の一部と考えた方がいいでしょうね。
