先日コリアタウンの安いレストランで食事をしていたところ
とても店員の態度が悪かったのでチップを払いませんでした。
すると店員から、みんなチップをくれるのに何でチップを払わないの と
文句を言われチップを払えと強い口調でいってきました。
普段はチップを払います。あの日は店員がとても不快だったので払わなかったのですが、チップについて法的強制力や、払わないから何かが起こる等はあるのでしょうか?

はっはっは、俺なんか芸能人の真似して100%置きだぜww これ以上簡単な計算ねーもん。だけど日本食限定でこれからは５％に決めたよ。ウザイ工作員がでたらめ言ってんのが耐えられんわ。

サーバーの教育って店の責任じゃないの?
店側はサーバーには最低賃金の安い時給だけで雇うことができるんだよね。
それでもっと欲しけりゃ直接客からもらえって事ですよね?
だったら客が金額決めて当然だと思うけど。
時給以上の収入がほしければいいサービスをして稼げ、それができないなら、はした金だろうが何だろうがもらえないとグズグズいうのはおかしいぞ。
それで逮捕されちゃうなんて、なんて国だ。嘘だろ。
ちなみに団体で高級レストランに行った時のTIPってはした金とはいえない金額だと思う。
だからこれからは普通以上のサービスをしてもらえない時は上限100ドルにしようと思う。10％以下になるけどね。
でもやっぱこれって勇気いるよな。実際にはできないだろうな。
