日本のフリートークの掲示板にこの生姜紅茶とやらがダイエット効果ありとトビが立っていたのですが、その時黒糖を入れるとあるのですが、黒糖はブラウンシュガーのことですよね? 実行しようと先日トレーダージョーでオーガニックのブラウンシュガーを購入したのですがそれで間違いないのか。。。と思い。 皆さん教えてください。
あと実行したことのある方も効果があったかなど教えてください。

ダイエットは自己満だ。
自分が痩せたと思えれば本人的にはそれで一応ダイエットは成功なのさ。

「痩せたきゃ、しっかり食って運動しろ！」だよ。
ダイエットで一番重要なのはしっかり食べて定期的に運動する事。
運動しないで痩せようとしている奴は根本から間違ってると思う。
明らかに毎日カロリーオーバーな位食べる俺が、それを続けながらも週数回の運動で見た目的な意味でダイエットに成功しているんだ、間違いない。
ちなみに筋肉の関係で体重は増え続けてるがなｗ
女性は多少ジムで鍛えてるくらいじゃムキムキにはなれないらしいから、ある程度運動してりゃ多少体重増えても身体のラインはよくなるはず。
女性的には「体重が減ってラインも綺麗に」が理想なのかもしれんけどｗ

＞黒糖どこかに売ってたら、私にも教えてくださいませ。
マルカイで黒砂糖と書いてあるのを売ってます。
サトウキビを煮詰めて作ったとかいてありました。
かたまりのとふつうの砂糖のようなのと2種類ありました。
おまけにオーガニックというのもありました。
