I want to watch above like Nhk etc in japanese with my verizon android phone.

do you have any idea how i can watch with my cell phone?

Now i have spb tv app on my cell. But it has only Nhk world in english.

I think it's impossible.
I couldn't find such an information on their website. As you know, they are having an English survice called "NHK World", but it is cable TV or satellite TV service. Now they don't have English TV service for cell phone. I'm sorry.

全然話がかみ合っていませんねえ。
つまり、Reymondさんは、現在、ケイタイでNHK World TV Live
（24時間英語放送）を視聴しているが、「日本語」版は視聴できない
ものか尋ねているわけですよね。
残念ながら、今のところは、英語の service だけみたいですね。

多分、私の知っている限りでは、Keyhole TV でぐらいしか日本語の NHK を見れないはずだけど、Android ではそのアプリもないだろうし。

Ottotto, I’m sorry that I’ve misunderstood cuz he wrote in English. Thank u Mr. Mucho loco mo co(is it write spell? Because Mucho-Loco-Moko means “very crazy and confuse”). I also am watching NHK World by my iPhone sometimes cuz I don’t want to use Japanese except for this website. Zmot!
